The price actually displayed on the App Store product page (the store-listed price) takes precedence.

Charges other than the product price

Internet connection charges and data charges are the user's responsibility. Aside from the above, we do not charge any additional fees for use of this service.

Payment method and timing

• Payment method: Payment through the Apple App Store only. We do not collect payment method information such as credit card numbers.
• Payment timing (subscription): At the time the contract is formed, and at each renewal (as determined by the App Store)
• Payment timing (additional tickets, consumable): At the time the purchase transaction is completed

Timing of delivery of goods (services)

• Subscription: Tickets are granted immediately after the purchase transaction is completed (after purchase verification on our server).
• Additional tickets: Tickets are granted immediately upon completion of the purchase transaction.
• Tickets are not granted for purchases that fail verification.

Returns and cancellations (refunds)

Because billing for this service is handled through the Apple App Store, whether a refund is available and the procedure for obtaining one are governed by Apple's refund policy.

• If you would like a refund, please contact Apple Support directly (e.g. reportaproblem.apple.com).
• We are not able to influence Apple's refund decisions.
• As a general rule, we do not issue our own refunds (such as for unused tickets). This does not apply, however, where a refund is required by law, or where a ticket could not be used due to a cause attributable to us.
• See the next section regarding cancelling a subscription. Cancelling does not refund the price for any period that has already elapsed.

An internet connection and a compatible iOS device are required.

Period for applications

There is no defined period during which applications (subscription contracts or additional ticket purchases) for this service are accepted. Applications can be made at any time through the App Store. If a time-limited campaign or discount promotion is offered, the applicable period will be separately indicated for that promotion.

Automatic renewal and cancellation of subscriptions

• Subscriptions are provided through the Apple App Store.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and the payment method registered with the App Store is charged.
• To cancel, go to iOS "Settings" → your Apple ID → "Subscriptions." Cancellation is not available from within this service's app. We are not able to cancel on a user's behalf.
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You must cancel separately using the method above.

Special sales conditions and other matters

• Where a minor uses paid features, prior consent from a parent or other legal representative is required.
• Tickets may not be transferred to a third party, exchanged for cash, refunded, or moved to another account.

Note on the seller

Billing for this service is handled through in-app purchases on iOS (the Apple App Store). In preparing this page, we have not made a definitive determination as to whether the "seller" for legal purposes in App Store-based billing is Apple or us. As a conservative operating decision, the owner has determined to treat us (Kento Ito) as the party responsible for preparing this disclosure; this does not mean it has been definitively established that we constitute a "seller" under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Note also that, for South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore among the regions served, Apple's own terms of use may position Apple as the merchant that ultimately bears responsibility for sales.
